About me

About Me

I work with out-of-body exploration and the study of consciousness across physical and non-physical spaces. My path into this work began with personal experiences that challenged my assumptions about reality and led me to investigate what happens when awareness is no longer anchored only to the body. Over time, I committed to documenting these states carefully, testing procedures, and looking for patterns that could be repeated and refined. My focus has been on creating clear frameworks and practical methods that can be followed step by step, rather than leaving the process to chance or purely spontaneous events.

I spend a significant amount of time observing how the mind and body interact around the thresholds of sleep, stillness, and altered states, and I pay close attention to the influence of intention, emotional balance, and discipline. I value direct experience, but I also value careful reflection and honesty about what can and cannot be verified. My work is guided by a desire to understand structures, realms, and constructs in a way that is both exploratory and grounded, without dismissing the complexity or the unknown aspects involved.

In my day-to-day practice, I continue to refine protocols, record observations, and study the long-term effects of deep exploration on health, perspective, and personal development. I care deeply about approaching this subject with respect, patience, and clarity, and I aim to maintain a balance between curiosity and responsibility. My background is shaped by years of immersion in these states, ongoing inquiry into the nature of reality, and a commitment to sharing what I have learned in a way that is methodical, transparent, and open to questioning.
