About Me

I have spent over two decades building, scaling, and exiting businesses across multiple industries, turning ideas into profitable ventures and eventually into successful acquisitions. My journey as an entrepreneur has taken me through the complete lifecycle of business ownership, from those early uncertain days of launching a startup to the complex negotiations and celebrations of closing exit deals.

My approach to business has always been systematic and strategic. Early in my career, I learned that building a business worth selling requires thinking about the exit from day one. This mindset shift transformed how I structured operations, managed finances, and built teams. Rather than creating jobs for myself, I focused on building scalable systems and transferable assets that could operate independently of my daily involvement.

Throughout my career, I have bought, built, and sold multiple companies, experiencing firsthand what works and what does not in each phase of the business lifecycle. These experiences taught me the critical difference between a profitable business and a valuable one. I have sat on both sides of the negotiation table, which gave me unique insights into what buyers truly value and how to position a business for maximum valuation.
