Description

Simple Business School is designed for online business owners who want to build a streamlined, profitable business that can run in roughly twenty hours per week. The learning journey begins by helping you step back and examine how your business is structured today. You start by clarifying your long‑term vision, your revenue goals, and the lifestyle you want your business to support. From there, you identify where your time is currently spent and which activities are essential, optional, or unnecessary. By the end of this initial phase, you have a clear picture of what must change so your business can become simpler and more manageable.

Once the overall vision and constraints are clear, you move into defining and refining your core offers. In this stage, you focus on what you sell, who each offer is for, and how each offer contributes to your revenue goals. You learn how to evaluate existing services, programs, or packages for profitability, complexity, and delivery requirements. You then simplify overlapping offers, remove those that no longer make sense, and clarify the positioning and pricing of the ones that remain. The outcome of this phase is a focused offer suite that is easier to market, easier to deliver, and aligned with sustainable working hours.

The next stage addresses your ideal client and market positioning. You work through practical exercises to define the specific type of client you serve, the problems they need solved, and the results they are looking for. You explore how your expertise and offers intersect with those needs and how to articulate that value in straightforward language. This clarity allows you to create messaging that is consistent across your website, emails, and social content, and to make decisions about which marketing channels deserve your attention. By the end of this stage, you can describe your business and your value clearly, which makes all subsequent systems easier to design.

After the offers and ideal client are defined, you focus on the client journey from first contact to completion of your work together. You map the steps a potential client takes from discovering your business, engaging with your content, inquiring or applying, purchasing, and then moving through delivery and follow‑up. With this map in place, you learn to design simple processes for each stage. This includes how inquiries are handled, how proposals or sales pages are presented, how onboarding is conducted, and how communication is maintained during delivery. You also consider offboarding, feedback collection, and renewal or referral processes. This stage equips you with a structured, repeatable client experience that reduces confusion for both you and your clients.

Once the client journey is outlined, you begin creating systems and workflows to support each part of it. You examine your current tools for scheduling, communication, project management, and payments, and learn how to reduce redundant or overlapping software. You are guided through setting up core workflows such as intake forms, automated reminders, shared folders or workspaces, and simple documentation for recurring tasks. The focus is on building systems that are reliable and maintainable rather than complex. At this point in the course, you start seeing how routine operations can be handled with fewer decisions and less manual effort.

The following phase introduces automation and simple technology to further streamline your business. You learn how to identify tasks that are repetitive and rules‑based, such as sending confirmations, follow‑up emails, or status updates, and how to automate them with accessible tools. You work through examples of connecting your calendar to your booking system, linking your payment processor to your invoicing or accounting tool, and setting up basic automation for email sequences. The emphasis remains on keeping automation understandable and easy to adjust rather than chasing advanced or complicated setups. By the end of this phase, you have a handful of key automations that save you time without making your business dependent on complex tech.

With systems and automation in place, you shift attention to metrics and decision‑making. You learn which numbers matter most for a simple, profitable business, such as monthly revenue, profit margins, client capacity, and average time spent per client or per project. You are shown how to create a simple, recurring habit of tracking these figures and reviewing them on a regular basis. This stage helps you understand how workload and pricing interact, how to spot offers that require disproportionate effort, and how to decide when to adjust your services or your schedule. The goal is that you can make informed decisions rather than reacting to short‑term fluctuations.

The course then moves into planning your weekly and monthly routines. You design a realistic twenty‑hour‑per‑week structure that contains dedicated time for marketing, client work, administration, and review. You learn how to batch tasks, create focus blocks, and separate deep work from shallow tasks. You also consider contingency plans for busy periods or unexpected events, so your systems can absorb normal variability without creating burnout. By the end of this stage, you have a practical schedule that reflects your chosen business model and the structures you have implemented.

In the later stages, you explore how to refine and gradually scale your simplified business. You examine questions such as when to bring in contractors or support, which tasks can be delegated while preserving quality, and how to maintain a simple structure as revenue grows. You learn to revisit your offers, systems, and metrics at predictable intervals to prevent complexity from accumulating unnoticed. This phase helps you build a mindset of ongoing simplification rather than constant expansion, so growth remains sustainable.

The final part of the learning journey integrates everything into a cohesive operating approach. You review your vision, offers, ideal client, client journey, systems, automations, metrics, and routines as a unified whole. You identify any remaining gaps and create a short‑term implementation plan to address them. The course closes by reinforcing how each component supports your ability to run a focused, profitable business in limited working hours and how to continue adjusting as your experience, preferences, and market evolve. About Me

I work with entrepreneurs and online business owners who want their businesses to feel lighter, clearer, and more sustainable. My background spans more than a decade of building, running, and refining digital businesses, and over that time I have continually gravitated toward systems, structure, and simplicity. I have seen how easily a business can become complicated with too many offers, tools, and obligations, and how quickly that complexity leads to burnout. That experience pushed me to focus on creating ways of working that respect both ambition and wellbeing.

I come from a blend of strategic and operational roles, which means I think simultaneously about big‑picture direction and the day‑to‑day details that make it possible. I pay close attention to how time is used, how information moves through a business, and how clients experience the process from start to finish. I value clear communication, transparent expectations, and honest data, and I build my work around those principles. Rather than chasing trends or adding more for the sake of it, I prefer to strip things down to what is essential and effective.

My approach is grounded in practicality. I enjoy turning complex workflows into simple sequences, reducing unnecessary decisions, and designing systems that feel intuitive rather than overwhelming. I see technology as a tool that should serve the business owner, not the other way around, and I am intentional about choosing solutions that are maintainable and aligned with real‑world constraints. Above all, I care about helping people create businesses that give them more freedom, stability, and confidence in how they spend their time. That focus on simplicity, sustainability, and thoughtful structure guides everything I do.
